- This award carries a US$10,000 prize. Award winners participate in NPF’s annual awards event. The jury for this award is comprised of four distinguished journalists.
Eligibility Criteria
- Journalism published or broadcast from Sept. 30, 2023 to Sept. 30, 2024.
- There is a maximum of 2 entries allowed per news organization.
Winner Requirements
- Winning entries will be published on the National Press Foundation website. By submitting an application, you grant NPF permission to do so.
- Award winner(s) participate in NPF’s annual awards event.
